Pack the Product
Place your Cloudpillo items back in their original packaging or a suitable shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
