How long does it take for my Cloudpillo order to arrive?
We process all orders within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a trial period for your pillows?
Yes! We offer a 30-night sleep trial. We believe it takes time for your body to adjust to a new pillow, so you can test it in the comfort of your own home. If you're not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.
How do I customize the firmness of my Cloudpillo?
Every Cloudpillo comes with an adjustable shredded memory foam filling. Simply unzip the inner cover and remove or add filling to reach your desired height and firmness level.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below this amount, a small flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Are Cloudpillo products hypoallergenic?
Absolutely. Our pillows are made with OEKO-TEX certified materials and feature a breathable, hypoallergenic cover designed to prevent the buildup of dust mites and allergens.
